Free stuff is awesome.
Krispy Kreme, Ben and Jerry's (awesome, the closest one is probably an hour away), and Starbucks are all giving away free stuff on election day. Any others? At most of them, you have to show your "I voted" sticker. Because what I really want on election day is a sugar and caffeine rush.
Ok, what I want from you is this: In the even Palin makes it as VP, what are my options for getting out of the country? I'm sure it's difficult, but I'm not necessarily going to be too picky about where I end up. I just want running water and no volcanoes. I know there's teaching english abroad, a vague possibility of getting a work visa, maybe being able to go to grad school abroad, but what else? Yes, yes, I know I said this during the last election, but living abroad for a while would be fun and oh my god I just really hate that woman. I really should just move to Portland. It's like its own country of awesome, anyway. Plus, they have beer milkshakes that are delicious but impossible to replicate.
