The Shroud thoughts
* Jack got briefly demoted when he was on the ship talking to Daniel for the first time. You'd think they could CGI another star in, especially when there were so many close ups of him in that scene.
* Daniel is really good at evil. I was reminded quite a bit of Absolute Power. I almost like him better as a villain than a good guy.
* Those SGC laptops are super compatable with everything. I bet a Mac couldn't do all that.
* Ha! Daniel did the Jedi hand wave.
* Sam channels Walter all of a sudden announcing when it's blatantly obvious there's an incoming wormwhole.
* Great to see Jack in full banter and snark mode. It makes me miss him even more. It also makes it seem really weird he's never mentioned in passing. He just shows up every occasion and everyone appears to know him well. If I was a new viewer I'd get confused. I mean when Daniel left the show he was mention constantly. It's just weird that they don't mention Jack every once in a while.
* I'm not exactly sure why this ep is named 'The Shroud'. I must have missed something in my Jack glee.
