i've been waking up earlier. i've also been getting marginally less sleep. i've gone from 8-9 hours a night to 7ish. woke up just before 8:30am and made it to a wonderful 9am yoga class an easy walk from my house. on the way home i stopped at the fish market where, wallet nearly empty, i paid for my catfish with my lucky 2 dollar bill. made a ( Read more... )
