There have been some unexpected returns lately. Fay and Kurogane came back. Hurrah! But a Jedi Vimes is kinda hard to get used to. The padawan's pretty cute though.

Shockingly, the Vimes ability to grumpy people into submission does not seem to be universal. But my loss of faith in Vimes' everywhere was somewhat consoled by scritches.

I'm going away for a bit, leaving today and should be back tomorrow. Don't worry, it's nothing bad, I'm going to be with Jas, on a proper dress-up date. I hope it goes well...

Ah, kids. I solemnly swear to never let mine get so bored. (I am so proud of Jas for handling the child with a good, for him at least, temper.)
