This is a two day update. Yay!
Chest, triceps, and shoulders. I upped my weight on a lot of the tricep and shoulder excercises. Some moves by only 2 pounds, but still, more. My pushups seem to be stuck at the moment. I did more overall, but I seem to be stuck. I may need to move to regular form pushups on all of them and ditch the on the knees stuff. Then I should be pushing harder and gain more strength.
Plyometrics. I hate plyo. It is an evil insidious workout. If you feel good you feel bad real quick. It really pushes you. I think it is the second hardest I have ever done. The first being 6 400’s with a 1 min rest between. But I got it done burned the calories and yah. Done.
My food remains fairly good. I have not been off on many portions, and I feel good. So yay!
