Kenpo. It went well, I was in super good form. I seemed to have an easier time with it this week. I seemed to have more energy and got through it a lot stronger. Maybe to strong. I think that I may need to push harder next week. I did get a heart rate monitor since Jess really needs it if she is gonna work out.
For food I did OK. I think I need to get back to planning things a bit more. I seem to be missing things and that is not good. I need that food and I need to make sure I am getting all the right stuff. So I will be firing up the excel spreadsheet again.
That is 6 weeks down. What have I gained? More definition in my arms, lost inches at my waist and down from 207 to 193. Not bad I say.
