Thursday I made Guinness beef stew from a new recipe that rocked my socks.  I made around 3 gallons, filling my giant pot almost to the brim, and it got eaten to the last drop.  Had an excellent time that night, met a bunch of cool new people.  At midnight those who remained processioned into my room to sing Anna happy birthday.  That was awesome ( Read more... )
