In college I lent Nathan a few hundred dollars (in current value) worth of cards. At some point he told me he couldn't find his cards, and I assumed I was never seeing them again. I just found out that he sold his collection to Dan, which sounds like it involved a lot of the kinds of cards I lent him. I assume there's nothing I can/should do about this, but it's very frustrating, since I'd really like to have a few of those.
