and actually according to mass.gov it is more expensive to live in norfolk/wrentham than it is to live in Danvers.

For example, the following is the average taxes we have to pay a year, the higher the taxes, then the cost of living is higher, which typically makes the town nicer to live in. NICE TOWNS ARE NOT CHEAP!
