Jaws and software programs for classes

Hi all:

I'm taking a nutrition class this semester in college, and we have to use a particular software program called Diet Analysis Plus. I didn't know if anyone has either heard of this program or used it affectively with Jaws. I believe the website for the software is: here.
It says there is an online version and a CD-rom version, although from that website, I cannot find information on how to order either version. I've asked my professor whether or not she knows if I might be able to test it out before I buy it as I really don't want to end up buying something, discover that it isn't compatible with Jaws, and have no way of returning it. Apparently you're suppose to use the software to input your diet and track what you eat, but if the program and Jaws don't like one another, I could always write a Microsoft Word file saying the same thing. Sure, it's a low-tech solution, but if it works, why not?

Anyway, if any of you have heard of this program or whether or not it's accessible, I would appreciate any input. Feel fre to either comment here or contact me privately via my journal or the contact details on my User info page.

Thanks, and take care,

Liz
