Ah, sigh of relief

So, another semester is finally over. Last week was finals and thank the Lord that is over. Not only are they done, but I don't think I did too bad. It's been awhile since I could wait for grades without overwhelming fear or the results. Not only that one of my instructors emailed us a spreadsheet with our grades. And I got an A!! I actually got an A in something!! I can't believe it!! I'm pretty sure it's going to be the only one I get, but I don't care. I can't wait to see it beaming amongst the Bs and Cs.

So now its Christmas break. And I love this sense of freedom and the ability to so pretty much whatever I want. Friday night I went and saw King Kong, it's not Lord of Rings but Peter Jackson still rocks. It's good, go see it. Then yesterday I sat around and crocheted and read. Then I went to a friend's place for pizza and ice cream and we watched Hitch, which was a lot better than I was expecting. Rent it, it's really funny. Then when I got home I finished my book in between yelling at my cat. she recently learned that she can open my cabinets, and so her night time fun now consists of playing under my kitchen sink. Today I going to experiment with those latch things you can put on cabinets to keep little children out. And now I'm wasting time and drinking tea. I'm just so exceedingly happy just to sit here and not worry about how much crap I have left to do before Monday.
