oh mona!
my life is now complete and i really think this is the happiest and most excited i've ever been. i've been begging my dad for a dog since i was 10 and someone stole our rottweiler from our yard while i was in mexico visiting my grandma. the worst part is it was before i could even really meet him. i cried and cried over pictures my family had taken with mogsey that summer. finally a few months ago when i got my bunny, my dad said i could have a dog, but under a few conditions: one being, i had to get rid of goose (the rabbit) and two, the dog had to be small. so i had my heart set on a beagle. last saturday i took my parents to the pet shop, JUST TO LOOK. i had no intentions of buying a dog especially at a pet store price. i just wanted them to get used to the fact that i really, really need a dog. miraculously we found mona. she was the only puggle in the shop and she was at a special price of only $400. turns out someone bought her and took her back because she was bowlegged. i don't know what kind of awful person would do that. i'm surprised they hadn't fallen madly in love with her like i did. but, the good thing is, she's already potty trained and she even knows how to "sit." so anyway, that's my update.
