Title: Between The Lines (4/4) Author: lysachan Fandom: Criminal Minds Paring: Emily/JJ Word count: 5,707 Rating: R Summary: While solving a case, Emily & JJ are forced to take a closer look at their relationship.
So, you wrote this, sent it to the writers of the show, and they made it this week's episode, yes? *g*
I loved this. It had a great flow to it and was such a pleasure to read. I'm simply amazed with what detail you constructed the case, all the profiling and the logical conclusions - it was all done with such care and accuracy. And you interwove the building relationship and the conflict between Emily and JJ beautifully with the rest of the story, the longing, their night together, and that painful feeling of finding that knowing what you won't have, having experienced it, is so much worse than being left wondering and yearning

Wow, this is probably the most flattering comment ever, heh. I'm so glad that you liked the fic, and I'm relieved to know that the angst, for example, wasn't too over the top. Also, so great that the profiling part of things rings true for you; I was rather worried about its credibility at first.
Thank you so much, I'm so glad you enjoyed the story! It's wonderful to hear that, in your mind, the characterisations sounded true, since that's pretty much the most important thing for me when I write.
