Sunshine, beaches, and sharks just don't mix
Hey...
Well after quite a while w/out updates..I've finally got a bit of time to do just that since its...SPRING BREAK! And on this certain spring break..as some of you may know..I am in beautiful Maui..where the sun is hot..the waves are cool..and nobody seems to be in a rush. Its strange..how the attitude is so different here...I mean back in LA people are constantly on the go..coffee in hand..rushing off somewhere. Here..nobody seems worried about time...and even people at work seem happy. I thought things in California were a bit laid back in comparison to other places..but its even more so like that here. (though..that general attitude around here has not helped in the sense that I have a ton of homework to do..and have no motivation to do it)
Well usually people aren't too worried around here..but yesterday there was a shark attack right on the beach where I was...they had to evacuate the beach..and it was pretty scary. Unfortunately..the guy who got bitten died..they say shark attacks are rare..but its strange having been so close to one.
Anyway...I miss all of you!! (And Happy Pesach to those of you who are celebrating it) It seems like I'm missing out on quite a few events..including the battle of the bands/concerts that have been going on..congrats to those who did well..Ashley's seder (sorry I couldn't make it!!!)..six flags..and I can't forget JOSH'S BIRTHDAY!!!
