Hello, internet. Things have happened, but I am okay.
To start off with, my servitude to my neighbors for their dog is over. I have stepped away with a happy sum of $250, only half of which I am able to use as I desire. I have plans for what this money will go to, but they're tentative and subject to change.
I am spending as much time as I can with my new friends. I love them. I invited them over to my house last night for a mini-party thing. We played Brawl and card games (oh my gosh you guys play a weird version of BS, I swear to god) and it was amazing. I didn't want it to end.
I was also promised a hug in the future. ♡
Tomorrow morning I depart for my annual summer vacation, this time to a lake nearby. I don't want to go (mostly because of aforementioned friends), but I can't change anything so I'll just have to enjoy the week as I can. I hope to have internet access sporadically, but who knows. Traveling is difficult with no laptop.
