Today's story on MSNBC about ABC's 9/11 "docudrama" is just too much. ABC admits to combining fabricated scenes amongst factual scenes.

According to the news story, the fabricated scenes are heavily biased against the Clinton administration (or more to the point, the Democratic party).

The timing of this docudrama isn't lost on me. It's too close to the time when the presidential campaigning is heating up. Coincidence? I think not.

My concern is that lesser informed voters are going to watch this mini-series and treat it as fact, including the fabricated portions. When it comes time to do the voting, this mini-series is going to stick in their minds and more than likely put a sour taste in their mouths concerning Democrats. Way to go Republicans. If you want to draw attention away from Dubya's shortcomings, repaint history.
