I remember the first time I memorized any swahili words. I took a MENYÉT test at the university. It was a Hunagrian language aptitude test. I did quite well, my results were 90 something percent. Did you know that is some accents Wales and whales are minimal pairs and in some accents they are not? Scottish English and some American dialects distinguish [wh] from [w].
