my boss is being given a choice today: either shape up, or ship out. her boss made a special trip in to my store today to tell her this. then she is sending her home to think about it, and i am waiting for her call to go in and close the store.
so one of two things will happen: 1. she'll make a complete 180 and she'll turn into a boss that actually does her job, doesn't cry in front of customers, doesn't get bitchy with customers, shows up on time, leads by example, actually works the 40 hours a week she gets paid for, takes responsibility for her actions, plays by the rules, and smiles once in a while... or
2. i get a promotion.
either way, i'm happy.
today should be interesting.
