Let's see. I believe I read a few...
Branislaw Malinowski's Personal Thoughts on the Island people of New Guinea.
Bury Me Standing (I forget the author, but a good read if you're curious about Gypsies and their ways.)
The first half of Crime and Punishment (I really need to finish that, I had to stop when school work got too complicated.)
Some creepy children's book by Mervyn Peake (Spelling on the name might be off. But the book was actually way too twisted for any child to read.)
The Seven Gates of Jerusalem (In Hebrew. I don't really remember alot of the details because I spent half the time trying to figure out how to comprehend hebrew in the past tense.)
I've managed a summary of the events in these books; Lambs are of the most evil creatures who hate primitive people, while gypsies didn't come from Egypt the Messiah'll have to knock down a wall if he plans on entering the city of peace, and killing people will seriously fuck things up for you. That's it, all the wisdom of 05' broken down into a simple sound bite.
