Control Yourself. Take Only What You Need From It. A Family of Trees Wantin', To Be Haunted.

Through the usual annoyances at work and school, there has now emerged a bigger and more likely expensive greivance. Wisdom teeth. I'm pretty sure this constant throb at the back of my mouth is some unwanted teeth coming in that need to be removed. As if the whole thought of that surgery isn't freaky enough, its even freakier thinking about doing it without insurance. I'm going in for x rays friday to confirm this dastardly tale and will then decided whether to purchase the dental office's insurance for a year or just biting the bullet and paying for it all myself, whichever's cheaper....anywho before that I had a fun halloween time. First I went to Knott's Scary Farm with some peeps and got freaked. Jon and Tommy started telling every scary person in the Streets of London maze random English phrases, so I used that as a coping mechanism: whenever anyone scared me in any maze I screamed,"Blimey!" Then me and Tommy went to Disneyland for their festivities. Space Mountain as Ghost Galaxy was really sweet, some ghost dude follows you around the whole time. Haunted Mansion was cool as usual with its Nightmare Before Xmas decorations. Their villian fireworks show was pretty cool too. When I went back with Katie then next week we stopped off at CA Adeventure for a glass of wine and a Tower of Terror ride first before hitting the D-land. Rides are much more hilarious whilst slightly intoxicated we discovered. For Tommy's birthday the gang hung in Solvang for the day. It's a cute little Danish town with delicious Danish pancakes. Me and Courtney lusted over clogs until we discovered the price and then we went to the Chumash casino. I didn't gamble, but Tommy played poker and everyone else played some blackjack and slots. All in all it was a fun day. The day before Halloween everyone dressed up at work for a dumb contest (which we didn't win, ooo darn) and Heather's family had their halloween party. It was really fun. I was granted the freedom from designated driver and had 2 vodka/orange and 3 shots of whatever-the-hell-the-bartender-decided. I mingled and hung with various people in my drunkeness and many pictures were taken of the event, which are all currently flooding facebook. Actual halloween day me and Tommy carved pumpkins. His was a zelda symbol and mine was Jack Skellington's face, they both turned out pretty awesome. Then we watched Sleepy Hollow and ate some candy. Also Tommy restored my itunes to its former grandeur and all is right in the world again, mostly. School's been ok, as its almost over. There's never any helping work be cool, but that's normal. I bought a bigger bed, which is being delivered this week, exxxciting stuffs. The new apartment's working out pretty ok. I've been down to the jacuzzi and walked inside the gym (have yet to test those machines :P ). Almost everythings put away, I just have a few pesky things to hang and then I will be completely done, but for now they can stay on my floor.
