Halloween Trivia Tournament News
Our team won the tournament we played in tonight, with each member getting a bottle of wine, gift certificates to a local steak house and a newer, upscale place, and a golf training gift certificate (oh, well).
Then, to top that off, I won the costume contest (I wore my witch costume--black cassock, requisitely pointed hat and black high heels with green socks, a sparkly black scarf with black-on-black starry design, my black cat furry neck piece, and wand); my prize was a box of Godiva chocolates--a double-decker, no less--which I shared with my teammates.
Categories included Movie Last Lines, the Wizard of Oz, Disney Music, Baseball, Americana, Bible Animals & Potluck.
It was a load of fun--and winning's just a plus when you have a great time with the people.
