Halloween. . .the Second Wave
So I've mailed my international Halloween cards, and this afternoon I addressed my out-of-town ones.
Now, dear dedicated readers, I'm washing a load of clothes and getting ready to make an apple sour cream kuchen for a Halloween dinner party tomorrow evening.
Then I have a batch of Halloween brownies to make for a trivia contest Saturday night, and cupcakes to make for our neighborhood party Sunday night.
Somewhere in there, I need to carve at least one jack-o'-lantern--that will probably happen tomorrow AM.
It's rainy here in Memphis, and downright chilly--good curl-up-with-a-book, hot chocolate, cats, and candles weather.
