High Class Comfort Food

My former boss and I went to lunch today at The Westin Hotel in downtown Memphis. As soon as I saw the special of the day, I had to have it--tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwiches. But not just any grilled cheese sandwiches--these were a mixture of 2 different kinds of cheeses, on delightfully golden brown toast triangles

It was--and in such a nice setting, where you could actually have a conversation and hear yourself think.

So many lunchtime places are just way too loud, and I prefer some peace and quiet while I'm eating.
