High Class Comfort Food

My former boss and I went to lunch today at The Westin Hotel in downtown Memphis. As soon as I saw the special of the day, I had to have it--tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwiches. But not just any grilled cheese sandwiches--these were a mixture of 2 different kinds of cheeses, on delightfully golden brown toast triangles.

Nothing like really uptown comfort food, with a glass of lemonade (fresh-squeezed) on the side.
