A Good Thing List
In no particular order:
1. Got a new lamp for the living room today--a polished silver base, tapering to almost a point--a nice contrast to the antiqued gold floor lamp
2. Made oatmeal chocolate chip cookies tonight
3. Completed one of my interviews for church
4. Had a really good time at Bible study tonight
5. A free day tomorrow
6. Found some Valentine's cards I didn't know I had
7. Went for a walk this afternoon and felt the sleet falling against my jacket--it's winter here and I love it!
8. A delicious dinner of waffles; good comfort food
9. Got my new issue of Games magazine yesterday
10. Got a nice card from a friend today--very unexpected; a real grace note to end the day
