is what I've been doing in an effort to lose some pudge and feel better about my form these days.
I was doing this religiously (no pun intended) during Lent, as part of a church program, but with Easter, the wrap-up of school and mass insanity at work, walking had been replaced with eating and vegging.
Now that EFM's over for the summer, and most of my nights are freed up, I'm hitting the sidewalks around my neighborhood. Wish me luck!
My goal is to lose about 30 pounds, so here's hoping. That would put me at about 170, and since I'm 5'11", I think that would be pretty good.
