Season of Mists
Finally--autumn is here. The mornings have just a note of crispness in the air, my dogwood trees in the front yard are beginning to turn, and the nights are getting cool enough to snuggle under a blanket and cats. :)
This morning Cinnamon and Nutmeg (the aforementioned felines) were introduced to decorations for the fall season--candles, garland, wreaths, etc. They are so nosy curious that I put the scarecrow on the front porch instead of the hearth, so he might stand a chance of staying upright for an entire day.
Now I need to shower, treat myself to breakfast somewhere, and do some errands--a hair cut, perhaps a run to Michael's to check out their fall/Halloween decor, and I definitely need to hit Target sometime today for cat litter and other miscellany.
