Chapter 6:

Celestiaña looked at Raizè who was staring at Kyiuma. Kyiuma’s eyes were widened, as she realised that she was flying! She looked at Raizè who smiled down at her, and reached to move her hair, which was flying into her face. The person who was flying them was not saying anything, and although it seemed to be an awkward silence, the trio was fairly happy with what happened. Celestiaña was still with them, and the police did not find out about the warehouse. Kyiuma’s mind was running, many million miles a minute attempting to think on how many people knew that ‘Lestat’ was Celestiaña. However, the Japanese woman knew that she better not ask, and keep it towards her. As Kyiuma looked down, her mind began to play tricks on her. She knew she was in Raizè’s arms, and it seemed to calm down her fears. Celestiaña’s purple eyes looked down at the pair, and her vision returned back towards the blue skies.

As they flew, Celestiaña’s mind began to wander off towards a previous experience of where she was almost caught in the same fashion. Although, it was not on Earth, it was on Gaelica, where the stakes were more of life and death.

Celestiaña looked at her army- they were not ready - for this challenge. It did not matter who or what they did to prepare, they were not ready for this! She knew she was out of her mind to convince herself to go through with this ridiculous plan. Her troops were looking a tad tired, although she knew that they could handle this easy task. She was commanding an army of roughly fifty thieves - large enough for this group - and simple if everyone did what he or she was suppose to. However, if someone did not do what they were suppose to do, or get caught then the whole team would suffer severely. No one dared to ask their leader what was going to happen if someone was caught, or killed in this operation, because for the whole team knew Celestiaña was the most wanted criminal on the planet.

No one wanted to say that a seventeen-year old female was running his or her army, but it was true. No one outside of the thievery band would understand that you had to work your way up, by taking precious items from people, and disposing of them within in a few hours of getting the prize. You worked your way up through the ranks that way. Celestiaña gave the signal and the team was off in the multiple directions. Each team heading for their own duties, each person knowing what was suppose to happen, and if it did not come off as a hitch, someone in the government would know, of course.

What was their mission that could get them killed? Celestiaña could almost laugh at that thought. They were trespassing upon government territory, breaking and entering private property and intended on meeting in the middle of the government headquarters discussion chamber. However, in essence that seemed somewhat simple, everyone knew if the plan came off as planned, they would all be on the list to be arrested, and Celestiaña would be exiled if she were caught.

Celestiaña’s team was closing in on the top entrance through the windows. They had already tripped the alarms, and now working on the stone roof. Celestiaña caught a flicker of green energy coming out someone’s hands, and she screeched. This was not now they were suppose to get in. They needed to get in and out without using their powers leaving no connections towards them. Everyone within her screech stopped and looked at their enraged leader.

“Do not dare use your powers. Everyone can trace your powers back to you. You should know that your powers are unique to you.” Celestiaña glared at the silver haired thief. The siilver haired thief looked back at his work, and kicked open the vent, and then motioned to his team mates that they were able to get in. While everyone was in the duct, Celestiaña resealed the vent back onto the stone hole, and crawled through, until she saw her teammates looking at the air vent. She felt her powers kick in, as she jumped out of the duct, and land safely with both of her feet on the high council table. The round table comfortably sat the fifty members on the council. The holographic menu appeared and Celestiaña cocked an eyebrow at it. Her mind began to spin at looking at the numbers and other submenus that began to appear.

“Will someone give me a hand here? Will someone please explain to me why everyone is standing around?” Celestiaña’s temper was beginning to become very noticeable. As she looked around that is when everyone began to move into position and running around getting their assorted jobs done. Celestiaña jumped when she felt someone’s arm clasp onto her shoulder, and jumped. Celestiaña’s eyes glowed a deep purple, as she looked at her second in command.

“Ma’am, I am just here to help you.” He stepped forward and instantly felt more relaxed as she stepped back, and let him go to work. She noticed his fingers flying across the imaginary keyboard, almost like the ship. She took one last look at the computer wizard, and then turned her attention back towards the set of double doors. Her powers were extended out farther than normal, and someone was walking leisurely away from their location. Thankfully, no one had tripped any alarms, however, she was wondering why it was going so well for her right now, but like normally she had thought way too soon. Her eyes snapped towards the holographic which was flashing red, and then the lights began to flicker between white and red; her team looked directly at her, and she began shouting orders.

“I do not really care who tripped the alarm, but let us get a move on out of here!” Celestiaña’s eyes shot towards the double doors, which were going to be knocked in any minute. The holographic menu had disappeared and her team was creating holes in the walls, in attempts to get out in any possible manner.

The whited haired thief was soon left in the room, with a few members of her aerial team. Although she knew that would help her to cover her back. She flew across the circular room, and noticed the holographic menu had reappeared. As she was flying, her ears picked up the faint running of the military boots, and then her pounding heart beat. It was like she had not seen this many times in her dreams, although it was reality now. As she stepped on the table, with her aerial team taking towards the air, her fingers ran across the imaginary keyboard, as the holographic menu was finally working with her.

“What - What are you doing?” The short guard looked at Celestiaña, who had managed to create a holographic cage around him.

“What does it look like?” Her voice was flat, monotone, and icy. It showed no emotion, and gave her the impression of being quite arrogant. She knew her teammates were ready at a moment’s notice to pick off the other guards.

“I would not know. All I know is you are in a spot where your not suppose to be.” Celestiaña’s left eyebrow raised, as her eyes met the guards’ hazel eyes.

“How would you know that I am not part of the high council?” The guard’s complexion paled.

“Are you now?” Celestiaña looked at her teammates, who just looked at Celestiaña, like she had grown a second hand. Celestiaña’s eyes turned towards her teammates who just nodded towards her, and noticed that the aerial team had taken off.

“Sure, I am. This is my secret squad who protects me.” Celestiaña jumped off the table, landing on the floor, and drew her dagger. She noticed that the guards had now created a wall pulling out their laser guns, and she smiled evilly. “I hope you know that guns will not hurt me.” With that she teleported herself out of the guard’s visions, leaving them looking up at the ceiling.

Celestiaña’s powers tugged at her mind, and she looked across the room, and saw her aerial teammates take flight again, with their weapons drawn. She saw two members emerge with their powers, sending flaming arrows towards the guards. Before the guards saw it, they were already running for cover, and barking orders. Celestiaña reappeared infront of the guards, who were now running around, and circling the escaped thief.

“You idiot! Do you NOT realise who that is?” One of the guards had pulled a gun and pointed it towards Celestiaña’s back.

“You are smart, you know that?” Celestiaña’s lips pulled towards a smile, as she grinned from ear to ear. She turned around, grabbing the gun, and lowered her head towards the guard’s ear and whispered:

“You know it is me, do you not?” The guard did not have time to answer because by the time Celestiaña let go of her answer, she placed her left hand on his chest, and sent the guard flying across the room. She turned her attention back towards the other guards, who were not going to be moving anytime soon. She looked up at the sky, and saw her teammates looking at her, and they took off through the hole in the stone room. As soon as Celestiaña left the building, the guards began to move, groan and complain, however they did not notice the hole in the roof that was now closed in.

“That thief is dead.” One the guards mumbled before his world went black.

Celestiaña shook her head, and felt two pairs of eyes on her, as she looked down.

“What were you thinking about darlin’?” Raizè asked.

“Just the past, it was nothing at all. Don’t worry about me.” Celestiaña looked at the pair and smiled.

“So, can I ask, how did the two of you meet?” Kyiuma looked at Raizè who winked at her again. At east Kyiuma was not freaking out about being flown above the trees.

“Darlin’, just worry about flying, not telling the story. Get us out of the air quickly please.” Celestiaña did not respond, but instead they felt the air began to gust faster.

“It all started one day, when Celestiaña had just landed on Earth.” Raizè’s lips turned into a genuine smile as he recollected the tale.

It was not every day that Raizè was stocking his shop and saw a petite female walk into his shop. In fact it was unheard of that a female step foot into an illegal weapon pawnshop, but now he was looking at a female who was looking quite distressed.

“Have - Have- Have you seen - seen someone come running by here screaming?” The young lady was clearly out of breath, but no one was going to say anything about it.

“No I have not, why?”

“I am just curious. You have many weapons, which I could use. Are they for sale?” Celestiaña’s black colored eyes looked around the walls, where the weapons were adorned on.

“You - You are looking at the weapons, and considering to buy them?” Raizè’s intentions were not to scare the young girl, but it was unheard of that a female was going to buy a weapon.

“Do I not look like I might be interested in a weapon, or fighting?” She considered walking out right now, but something what holding her in her spot to listen to the answer.

“Well, ma’am, I mean no disrespect but not many females are willing to learn how to fight.”

“I already know how to fight.” Celestiaña’s eyes lit up, as she met the shopkeepers gaze.

“You think you do. You have not fought me yet, darlin’.” Raizè grabbed the katana, which was hidden behind the bar, and walked towards the girl standing in the doorway. He began to walk towards her, and suddenly felt himself being unable to walk forward. His eyes swept towards the female, whose hair was billowing out from her shoulders like a cape, and her eyes glowing a purple glow towards her white eyes.

“As you were saying?” She smirked at him, and then stopped the air gusts, and watched the shopkeeper fly back towards the opposite wall.

“What - what are you?! You can not be human!”

“That was a real insightful comment.” Her eyes were beginning to freak Raizè out. Each time he looked at her, her eyes were changing colors between a dark purple, a light violet, but they started out as a white color. He was also unsure of where the wind was coming from, but each time he began to move the gusts would come again. It was like she was controlling it, but how was she able to do this and control it?

“How - how are - you - able to control the wind?” Raizè was struggling with his words and he was beginning to stutter since the lack of air.

“I am able to, that is how.” Celestiaña’s powers were in overdrive where she did not feel Xajutntás move into her circle. As she spun around, the sandy hair blonde prince was looking at her. His gaze smiling down at her and her eyes as wide as saucers.

“I thought I might find you here.” His tone was a challenging one.

“My prince” She was beginning to break out in a sweat from the force of her powers, and attempting to keep the human from moving. Now her mind began to spin out of control as she was being put towards the limit.

“You did not get out of my sight that quickly. If it was not for my father sending me here in search of the parrot, then I might not have seen your display of power. What you did will not go unpunished. That parrot must come home with me.”

“That parrot is yours. It is not of any use to me anyhow.” She spat at, glaring at the prince. “Besides, it does not seem to serve its purpose anymore.”

“That is because you do not know how to use it.” Xajuntás looked at Raizè who was struggling to move. As Xajuntás lifted his arm, the wind gusts stopped, and Celestiaña’s eyes changed back towards their original white color. Her hair fell back towards her shoulder and back, and she turned on her heel.

“You can have your prized parrot back.” Celestiaña’s left arm reached into the air and as she summoned her powers, the parrot came flying into her vision. It’s brightly colored feathers were becominng to come into Xajuntás’s vision as his eyes widened.

“What did you do to the parrot?” He was slightly aware the parrot had taken perch upon Xajuntás’s shoulder, as his eyes narrowed into slits. With his voice raised to where on Celestiaña could hear him he said: “If you hurt the parrot, you will be dead.” Celestiaña could not say anything, but smile at him before walking over towards the bar where Raizè was looking at the pair with his eyes widened. He was not sure if he should freak out about the parrot or the way that the pair regarded themselves as if Raizè was not standing there.

If someone were looking at the pair, they might consider them a married couple. :Imagine this a girl is fighting with a grown man, who they both have magical powers, and they are about ready to kill one another over a parrot. Note to self, self, do not own a parrot. This parrot for whatever the reason seems to be in some manner special, and the girl seemed to take it. As her eyes changed colors, I was unable to move, and dear god, why am I talking to myself?: Raizè shook his head, and looked at the scene again. The sandy-haired man was stroking the parrot’s feathers, while his eyes were in slits towards the other man. If Raizè was not involved in this situation he might actually find the situation and scene somewhat hilarious. However, seeing how he was in the middle of it, and they were in this bar, he was somewhat scared. Raizè could not say much, but he did know that he was not going anywhere anytime fast. However, he was somewhat wondering about the parrot, but for the time being they had forgotten about him. He was somewhat happy about that, but at least he was under the radar by the white colored eyes. He was happy for this.

Raizè’s left hand went below the bar and he and was resting on the laser gun. Would it hurt the white haired girl, who knew, but he was feeling somewhat safe. Little did he know, he was not sure if it would work,, but he was willing to attempt it. Raizè was feeling somewhat old by her appearance, but the pair seemed to be screaming at one another, and it seemed to be in a different language.

Raizè was about ready to kill this girl. : Did she not know that I am the prince?!:

She knew what she had to do, but she was not about to submit and say that she took the parrot. Celestiaña was not about ready to admit to this other person that she was a convicted felon on her home planet, and she was already in a load of trouble with the police here on Earth.

Her eyes widened as she was now surrounded by the police, with their weapons drawn and auras riled up. Their blue auras made the circle the group glow a blue color, and Raizè’s eyes were now again wide as saucers. There was going to be an arrest in his bar, and there was not a thing that he could do!

As the circle was handcuffing the female, he took one last look at the female, and was startled to see tears welling up in her eyes, threatening to cascade down her cheeks. His left hand left the gun as she was being carried out the door, and he started to run towards the door screaming after her.

“Do not take her please! She did not do anything wrong!” He screamed as he got towards the door, and the officer, who had changed clothes before Raizè, turned around and looked directly into his eyes.

“She is a wanted and convicted criminal. She will be taken back towards her own home planet, and tried. I am sorry you had to see this, human.” With that Xajuntás’s turned around, his sandy blonde hair blowing in the wind, with his green and yellow cape billowing out from the wind and with each step he took it moved and the familiar military boots making the familiar sounds upon the concrete. Raizè could not do anything but look at the females, whose face just looked like a child with the tears falling down her cheeks.

As Raizè finished the story, Celestiaña lowered the pair just outside of the bar. Kyiuma looked at Celesitaña, who had not said anything.

“So, what happened?” Her eyes looked at the escaped thief, who shrugged and countined to walk towards the bar.

“What do you think?” Kyiuma was taken back by the sarcasm in the thief’s voice, and the tone.

“Should I take a guess?” Again another shrug from the thief, who had began to walk over towards the futon. Kyiuma’s eyes wandered over to Dragan and Raizè who was talking quietly amongst them.

“Take a guess if you want, or I can just tell you what happened. I was taken back to Galieca, and I was tried. I suppose you could say that. The parrot is now still it is cage, and I am happily exiled from Gaelic. My own father exiled me, and it was not a happy picture. My mother was depressed, and my father was not given a choice. In fact it was quite humorous that the choice was even given. Just in the fact the choice my father did make was quite amazing.” Celestiaña sat on a barstool, and saw Raizè come behind her, pulling her into a tight hug.

“Celest - Lestat, I am sorry to hear that.” Kyiuma’s gaze wandered towards Dragan, who was staring intensely at the wood floors.

“Kyiuma, do not be shy in this bar. Dragan knows about me.” Celestiaña’s eyes met Dragan, who was attempting not to look at the thief. Dragan ‘s eyes looked towards Celestiaña who offered a weak smile, and then felt the air around him lift and move slightly. He raised his hand, and felt his appearance change again.

“It is good to see you.” Dragan lowered his head, and knelt before Celestiaña, whose eyes were beginning to well up and were now as large saucers..

“Dragan, are you really exposing yourself for me?” She smiled, and nodded towards a fellow thief.

“Do you two know one another?” Raizè land Kyiuma were looking at the two, with their jaws lowered and looking quite amazed.

“Know one another? That is quite an understatement, Raizè.” Dragan raised himself, and hugged Celestiaña tightly, kissing her forehead.

“Well, someone inform us please!” Kyiuma’s voice was rising again, and everyone around her began to wince again.

“Kyiuma, do you mind lowering your voice again?” Dragan’s eyes were beginning to turn towards a black color with the pupil changing towards a yellow color. He raised his right fist glowed a yellow color, and opened his palm revealing an energy ball. As he raised his hand, to throw it, Celestiaña growled something incoherent towards him. His two toned colored eyes looked at the white haired thief and the ball disappeared.

“How do we know each other? That is somewhat a hard question. He is a member of the Gaelican Underground Thievery Group, which I conveniently run and founded as part to get that prized parrot.” Celestiaña said as if it was not a big deal.

“Wait, a minute!” Raizè unwrapped himself from Celestiaña’s tiny body, and was looking between his employee and his good friend.

“You heard us correctly Raizè. I am not human, and I have known her for a while. I also knew Xajuntás’s, when he was alive. I was part of the Ungderground Thievery Group while I was also a knight.” Dragan grinned at Raizè, who was looking at Celestiaña. Celestiaña was supporting a grin like a Chester cat. “Although, I was not caught and I joined after Celestiaña was already on the hit list.”

“But - but you were so against her and her escape!” Raizè could not believe this! His employee was a part of the Thieves Group on Gaelic, and he had shown that he was not human either!

“I was told to blend in with the human crowd. If I did not, I was going to be noticed quickly, and the way that I knew how to blend in was to be against her escape. However, how she escaped . . . that will just be left a secret.” Dragan knew that was another can of worms and he did not want to open them. It was already a long day, and although he knew it was going to be longer now that Celestiaña had told Kyiuma, and Dragan had told Raizè; the thief pair had a long night ahead of them of discussion.

“I cannot believe that you have kept that a secret from me!” Kyiuma and Raizè screamed at the same time. Dragan and Celestiaña both looked at one another, and all that they could was smile at one another, and watched as the other pair was in awe.

“What can we say? We decided it was best if we did not say anything. In fact, we felt that it was better off if we did not say anything until the very last minute.” Celestiaña’s powers were beginning to tug at her brain again, and wind gusts were starting to pick up around the bar again. Dragan’s eyes were changing colors again, and he was not aware that his outfit was changing again.

The Galiecan royal colors and military uniform now replaced his human appearance and clothing. His normal jet-black hair was now a sun rays blonde, and he stood a good three heads above Celestiaña. Both of their appearances had changed towards their Galiecan appearances, and they were not about ready to hide it anymore. Dragan lowered his head, and his two toned eyes staring into Celestiaña’s white eyes, understanding the unspoken words that was being said. Dragan walked towards the bar entrance, and reached for an invisible arrow out of the middle of thin air. He laid the arrow against his arm, and felt Celestiaña’s powers take effect upon him, and raise him into the air. Dragan looked at the white haired thief, and nodded.

“Guess who is here?” His voice was barely above a whisper.

“Who is it?” Kyiuma and Raizè answered looking at Dragan, while Celestiaña already drew out her dagger, and realized that she was missing a dagger.

“Kyiuma, get out of here.” The white haired thief’s voice answered, and the tone was a commanding one.

“Why? How come only me?” She looked at Celestiaña, with worry etching all over face.

“Major Tripola, that is why.” Dragan answered as he let go of the arrow. The arrow flew through the bar and landed square in the middle of the door, giving the door a green glowing aura.

“Who is that?” Kyiuma definitely needed to get out of here, and Raizè knew she and he had no chance.

“He is a -“ Raizè was cut off by the door opening, and the military boots hitting the wooden floor.

“He is a Gaelican military officer, with a task to kill the escaped thief from the Earth prision, and the exiled thief from Galieca.” A new voice chimed in. Celestiaña raised her arms, her eyes changing into a deep amethyst color, and a gust of air threw him back. As he was being thrown back, he felt the metal pierce through his chest as a dagger connected with his chest and then an arrow connected with his right shoulder. He groaned, and smiled at the pair of Gaelican thieves.

Raizè and Kyiuma looked at one another, and decided that they should have listened towards the two thieves, who were now glaring at the Gaelican thieves. As Kyiuma and Raizè left the bar, they both were thinking the same thing of

:Was it wise to leave those two at the bar?:
