1. Their menus are glitchy, which is how I ended up with the wrong color shoe
2. Their customer service is nil (no confirmation email, no response to customer service email)
3. Their return/exchange system is too complicated and too expensive; not only do I have to pay to return the item to them - if I were to exchange instead, I would have to pay $7 for them to ship the new item to me (I only paid $5 in the first place for shipping.) I won't be exchanging, total waste of money
4. They don't have a customer service phone number AT ALL

So, I'm out $5 in original shipping, plus whatever it costs to ship the box back to them, for a pair of shoes that not only weren't the color I wanted but were WAY too huge (again, what is up with 6.5's that are more like 7.5's?), which is in no way my fault, or theirs, but they are dealing in SHOES...it should be a little easier to either return or exchange for something that actually fits. I have to "request an RMA#," wait up to two days to receive said #, make sure I put the # on the outside of my return or the package will be refused...IF I was exchanging, I'd have to wait all that time and hope that they have what I want to exchange for in stock, since there's no phone number you can call to have the item put on hold...

Soooo I reordered from Zappo's, who have free shipping both ways and 24/7 customer service via phone. WHY didn't I do that before??? I definitely haven't ended up saving the $7 price difference that DavidZ offered due to having to ship the shoes back to them.

GRRR. Now I just hope size 6 actually fits, but if not at least I can return them for free!

DavidZ better not take 3849289438 years getting my refund to me, or I will be one unhappy camper.

Now that that's out of my system! Haircut today! I'm still getting used to it, but I really like it. I kind of look like I haven't realized the 80's were 30 years ago, but hey, I tend to look like that anyway. I might have her taper the sides in just a bit more...we'll see. Pics soon!
