So I've been working out a fair bit lately and doing my protien shake every day while avoiding high fat foods. I am really starting to notice the difference and see some abdominal definition. My wieht hovers frustratingly below 140 and I've learned to diustrust my own tape measurements so I have very little idea if this is progress.

I'm lifting more and more weight with little difficulty and certainly think I look a bit different. My arms are like huge compared to my head,



This was a longer ish while ago. Probably a year. My waist was definately thicker from cramming my face with any high calorie food I could find.
