Okay so I need to lose about 10 lbs and I can't stop eating. I decided to keep a food journal to keep track of my food intake and maybe gain some insight as to when and where I am more prone to be a pig. (Oink).
I guess I can start with today:

Breakfast - 6:15am: I really should have just had some low-fat yogurt that I bought last week and haven't opened since. But instead, I had leftover spanish rice- not a huge serving, but I felt guilty having carbs first thing in the morning. Oh well.
Lunch- 11:15am: I was good and heated up my Lean Cuisine Chicken Ranch Club. I put some hot sauce and it was really tasty. I drank iced tea with it.
Moment of Weakness: 2:30pm: Birthday cake- chocolate mousse. I hate feeling guilty AS I am eating something so delicious, but that's what happened. I could feel every morsel moving towards my thighs. Ugh...
