(no subject)
Denny just called me saying how he was suspended from his job bc they drug-tested him. Supposedly he drank the cannibis vodka I gave him over 5 years ago (such bullshit!!!). I told him it was very creative of him to come up with that as the reason when, in reality, he probably still smokes pot even when he knows his job gives random drug tests. Ass. Now he wants to come to AZ earlier than planned. I gotta call him back later to see what he is concocting in that little head of his for this trip for Mia's birthday.
I babysit the boys tonight for an hour. I will probably take then with me to the store to get a few things that I need. For dinner I'm making whole wheat pasta with red sauce..I'm going to try to throw some veggies in the blender to sneak them in the sauce b/c Mia has a hard time with vegetables. Then I'm gonna sneak some chopped broccoli into the turkey meatballs I'm making. Enough ketchup on those suckers, and Mia won't notice a thing. lol
I'm working thru lunch today and get out at 5. The day is kind of dragging for me. I got a new movie in the mail from Blockbuster that I hope to watch tonight. Last night I was in bed so early- I was just drained. Anyway, Mia's first soccer game is this Saturday. Can't wait for that. I have to get a folding chair - I keep forgetting. I'll get one or two tonight when I go shopping. I gotta run down to the mail room and send out Emma's birthday gift and also Marilyn's.
