Oh Wow. Oh wow, oh wow, oh wow. I really don't know what else to say. Wow.
I just received an email from my lecturer from one of the papers I took in over summer, the one which I liked (but don't see myself doing after I graduate), here's a bit of what it says:
"Congratulations on your excellent results in ACCY 223 over summer. You are [one of] the 12 students with the best results in the short essay section of the exam - well done!
Based on your outstanding performance in the written section of the exam I would urge you to consider doing the Honours programme in your fourth year of study... Honours is a limited entry programme - this year we have 27 students... if you do decide to apply for Honours you have to supply references from academic staff members. Based on your performance in ACCY 223 I would be happy to be your reference when the time comes to apply."
Did I mention I wasn't even considering Honours? No no, really. At the end of seventh form I had decided all my papers, planned for a BCA + GradDip in Prof. ACCY, almost positive that once I got to Uni I would not be able to make the grade (though I'm pretty sure I tried to appear outwardly cocky - y/n?).
I still think that way.
