New Viewing
Saw Stardust yesterday in a movie theatre filled with real live suburbanites. I am a snob. As bad as Arclight has been lately, I still prefer it to any other theatre going experience. Even when the theatre itself is mismanaged, I have yet to see anyone with their feet on the seats there.
Still, I enjoyed the movie rather a lot more than I thought I was going to. Even DeNiro, whom I normally don't care for, didn't bother me. It's a great deal better than the previews would have you believe. Now I need to read the book again.
Shopping was a bust. All the stores seem to have shrunk their Women's sections. Agh! Is there no hope for buying clothes? Off tot he city today, for some better luck hopefully.
