Fear is the mind killer?

Not calling him has not been about strength. Plainly and simply it has been about fear.

I am afraid of what he will say. Or not say, as the case may be.
I am afraid of the reception I may receive.
I am afraid of how cold he may be.
I am afraid of stumbling over my words.
I am afraid of sounding like an idiot.
I am afraid of the silence.

I am afraid I may have waited too long.

I am afraid.
