:'D as;dklfjkladsfsad let me rephrase that: I think he's stylistically inconsiderate. I get what he's doing - he's breaking the paradigm of the medium of text, basically, by screwing around with the 'rules' and re-imagining what punctuation marks mean, what they're for and how you can use them.
Which is refreshing and interesting, since it requires the reader to shed their preconceived notions of form and content and then BAM, there goes your functional fixedness! And the world's a better place for it, etc etc. But there's a difference between using a technique because it serves the overall purpose of the content, and using a technique just to show off that you can.It's finicky of me, but I tend not to enjoy structures for their complexity alone. ( What's fun for me is the union of content and form - if the form is spectacular but the content is shoddy, I don't like it, and if the form is crap but the content if spectacular, well, I'll like it a little bit more than vice versa.) I can admire and appreciate complexity, and of
