Cells -The Servant (Draco Malfoy/Ginny Weasley)

There were many things Ginny Weasley wouldn’t think about. She wouldn't think about the things she'd done, the men she'd killed in order to survive. Nor would she think on her beloved father, murdered by Rodolphus Lestrange-or on the fact that her father's killer was now after her.

She wouldn't think about the way the men stared at her, lechery written clearly in their eyes as she swayed and ground herself against the pole. Kadie's was just the sort of place Ginny needed to disappear; it was dark, seedy, and more importantly, on the wrong side of the tracks. No one would think to come here to find her. This wasn't Ginny Weasley's sort of place, hardly fit for the ex-girlfriend of the martyred war hero. This was the sort of place where whores peddled their wares and drug traffickers cut deals, where loose girls danced on stage to earn their nightly coin.

But most importantly, she wouldn't think about Draco Malfoy sitting at the bar, watching her. She wouldn’t think of the way his body felt above hers, making her cry his name as she climaxed. He was wrong, twisted, and dangerous-outcast from the Death Eaters but never accepted by the dwindling remains of the Order.

But then again, everything was dangerous these days.

Lying From You -Linkin Park (Julian Vaisey/Penelope Clearwater)

Julian didn't have a particularly good reason for the things he did. He didn't need the money he earned by smuggling Ministry-classified items through his clubs. He wasn't addicted to ailhotsy or any other recreational potions; didn't touch them himself, in fact. But there was the thrill of conducting illicit activities under the nose of the law-they couldn't pin him for anything. They'd tried.

Penelope had tried.

He could see her try to ignore it. She was getting better at it, in reality. He would never point that out to her, of course, but she no longer made pointed looks and cleared the room whenever he pulled out his ledgers.

A small part of him was disappointed. They had moved past the hate and anger of the period following his trial, but she still didn't accept him. She likely never would.

He couldn't change to please her. That wasn't who he was. Despite the shiny veneer of a legitimate businessman, he was still a criminal.

To deny that would be a lie.

Paparazzi -Lady Gaga (Stewart Ackerley/Katie Bell)

Cameras flashed. People shouted their names. It didn't matter where they were; they could walking the red carpet outside a League event, or they could be running errands in Diagon. It was always the same. The photographers trailed after them like leeches, always hoping to get that perfect picture.

It had bothered her once. Katie was an intensely private person, and she'd been burned enough times by overzealous press to retain that wariness. But with Stewart, it didn't really bother her that much anymore. Of course, the rags would still print their vicious lies-- Sordid Sex Tales! A Shotgun Wedding! Unexpected Pregnancy-The Heir to the Ackerley Empire?-- but it didn't matter. None of it was true, anyway.

What was true was this: she was in love. For as much as she and Stewart competed with one another-opposing players on the League's top two teams, after all-they supported and cared for each other. He was genuinely supportive of her career, and she didn't miss a match when she could help it.

He was her biggest fan, and she was his.

If I Never See Your Face Again -Maroon 5 feat. Rihanna (Ron Weasley/Pansy Parkinson)

They were wrong for one another.

He was a Weasley. She was the daughter of a Death Eater.

His best friend was Harry Potter. Her best friend was Draco Malfoy.

In all traditional senses, they didn't work. He wasn't her type at all-- he lacked refinement, experience, and any sort of social niceties. But all he had to do was come up behind her, his hands warm on her hips and his breath on her neck, and he could make her sway.

She kept him coming back for more. He kept her coming back for more.

There were times he hated her. She was such a… bitch sometimes, he wanted to punch something (never her, though). There wasn't a filter between her brain and her mouth, and she was quick to tell those around her-particularly Hermione, whenever they were forced together-- exactly what she thought. It was times like those when he wanted to leave.

But he couldn't stop the sick feeling to his stomach at the idea of her with another man. For all that they were wrong, Pansy was his. And even when he never wanted to see the sight of her face again, he still felt for her.

Lust.

Hate.

Love.

It was all the same when it came to her.

Winter Winds -Mumford and Sons (Oliver Wood/Katie Bell)

The sun was just starting to peak over the Scottish highlands when Katie trudged out of the castle and onto the school grounds. She couldn't stay in there, not anymore. Jonathan was safe, but Fred…

Fred was gone.

Ahead, she could see a strong figure by the lake. The strong build of his shoulders, familiar to her as her own, were outlined against the reflection of the sun on the water, and his head was bowed down, hands shoved in his pockets.

Coming up beside him, Katie didn't say a word. He'd heard her coming, as the arm that banded around her waist and drew her into his side indicated. For a long span of time, neither spoke, content to watch the sun come up and bathe Hogwarts in light.

"We won," she said simply, "but was it worth it?"

Oliver didn't say anything. He couldn't say anything. The same force that had drawn him to Katie over the winter, the need to combat the growing darkness with something, was fading, replaced with the familiar old weight of pure friendship. War made strange bedfellows, and while he didn't doubt she felt the same, they needed to talk.

"I don't know," he murmured, pressing his cheek against her hair. "I just don't know."

Like A G6 -Far East Movement (Angelina Johnson)

"Another!"

That was how she operated. Angelina Johnson, the wild child of professional Quidditch. Every night brought another club, another party, another hangover. The Moet and Cristal flowed freely; after all, when one was an internationally famous athlete, one never paid for her own drinks.

People envied her, but they didn't know the reality of it. All they saw was the shiny illusion; she had it all: the fabulous career, wealth, fame, beauty, but no one-save a very select few-knew why she was the way she was.

Katie worried about her, she knew that. On more than one occasion, her friend had come to drag her out the back of some dark nightclub, away from the paparazzo's lenses. It was as if she had some unspoken arrangement with London's hedonistic proprietors.

Come to think of it, she probably did.

But Angie didn't want to be saved. She wanted to feel more and more and more until she couldn't feel anymore. She wanted to put her hands in the air, drink more champagne, fuck as many men as she could. She wanted to fly. She wanted to achieve that high, to numb herself from the fact that she would never get what she wanted.

And what was that?

Fred, alive and in her arms again.

Rootless Tree -Damien Rice (Draco Malfoy/Astoria Greengrass)

Broken glass littered the formal dining room, antique goblets shattered in the heat of the moment. Dinner lay forgotten, pushed awkwardly to the side, and the white linen tablecloth was bunched awkwardly to the side. As Astoria lay on her back, staring at the ceiling, she could hear Draco righting himself.

She was through.

Sitting up, she tugged her dress back down, covering her bare pale thighs. There would be bruises there. There always were. In the beginning, she'd enjoyed the attention. She was pursued by Draco Malfoy, the most sought after bachelor in Britain.

But over time, their relationship had grown to the point of mutual hatred. A thousand tiny needles, poking at the dormant feelings until neither could ignore them. And in the end, they snapped-they always did. It led here, taking their anger and frustrations out on their bodies, chasing the high of climax as nails raked over skin and fingertips bruised pale white flesh.

He glanced up from his trousers. "You're not very good at that, you know."

Astoria's brown eyes narrowed. "Fuck you, Draco," she said, filled with a smug satisfaction when his eyes widened at her coarse language. "We're though."

She was ready to be let out.

Cosmic Love -Florence and the Machine (Tom Riddle/Bellatrix Lestrange)

Tom was her darkness.

He was Bella's everything. His genius, his desires, it all made her crave to be in his presence. She was drawn to him, though he had yet to show any reciprocation for her. He would, though. Men couldn't resist her, with her pale Black skin and dark, lustrous hair; her shining eyes and her wicked smile.

She would follow him to the end's of the earth. Whatever he asked of her, she would do. He was her Master and Lord, and her life was his. She would freely give whatever he asked, marital bonds with Rodolphus be damned. Her husband was as pure as she was, but he couldn't match Tom's darkness.

No one could.

The stars, the moon, none of it compared to Tom's encompassing twilight. She would gladly stay in the shadows with him, if only it meant she could be with him. Nothing compared to his presence, the desire she felt to stay at his side through the darkest of the days. Together, they would weed out the filth of their world, and one day, one day, she would rule at his side.

As was her due.

The Perfect Mistake -Cartel (George Weasley/Luna Lovegood)

There was a fog over George's brain. For years, he'd acted as if in a dream, a half-zombie going through the motions of life in an attempt to appease his family. He worked, he ate, he slept. Rinse and repeat.

Luna saved him.

They weren't together. Ginny had set him up with her on a whim-his sister had most likely taken leave of her senses-and dinner had ended in his bedroom. It wasn't as if she cured him overnight. There were weeks when he forgot to owl, forgot about her until she showed up on his doorstep wearing nothing underneath her robes.

George tried to tell her that she was making a mistake, waiting around for him. But even as he said those words, he prayed that she wouldn't listen. Only around Luna did the fog in his mind lift, allowing him to think clearly for the first time in years.

And the only thing-or person-he could think about was her.

When I Look At You -Lesley Roy (Stephen Cornfoot/Cassandra Montomgery)

Across the bar, she watched him. He was tall, dark, and handsome with an air about him that made her pause and take note. Cassie was a beautiful woman, and she could have her pick of men at Incubus Dreams. But there was something about the newcomer, from the way he wore his obviously expensive clothes to the tattoo running up his forearm, that made her want him.

She'd been waiting all night to catch his eye, brushing off other offers as she moved closer to the handsome stranger. Fueled by liquid courage, she reached out and took his hand.

"I'm Cassie," she offered with a sultry smile. "Dance?"

His lips twitched, and he pulled her flush against him. "Stephen," he introduced himself, fitting her hips against his as they moved to the music.

Merlin, he felt good against her. She didn't want to be on the dance floor anymore, she wanted to be somewhere else much more intimate-with far less clothing. The night was still young, but Cassie had never been known for her patience.
