Not sure what to think now. Saw the surgeon yesterday. He's totally ignoring the meniscus thing and going with injections of hyaluronic acid to the joint (he said he'd do the left knee too if it starts bothering me). I have no problem with injections - these are to rejuvenate the fluid between bones and replace some of the cartilage I've lost in there - but I worry about that "torn meniscus" whatever the hell that exactly means. Is there a piece of cartilage floating around in there like a little time-bomb? Will it grow back? What should be done about it? I have messaged their office asking for more information. In the meantime, he did give me another steroid injection, so that should feel much better for a few weeks. And he wants me to start "gentle" exercise like walking or riding a stationary bike. Back to the gym, I guess.

I have four new windows (Ka-CHING!), which is a good thing ultimately, though my savings are hurting now. The problem is, now that we shoved everything out of the way to put them in, it's obvious how filthy the rooms are. I need to do some serious cleaning before moving the furniture back onto that carpet.

Having lunch with the SCWA crew today, then a massage, then dinner with Jer/Bethany as usual on Tuesdays. Then my usual Wed/Thurs workdays and Friday night I have to take the nephew to Spartanburg to meet up with my sister & cousin for another dinner since the last one we tried didn't work. Then I work Saturday 9-2. Long week.
