Two more weeks until Christmas. I've started ordering presents & stocking stuffers for the Friendsmas Party. This is the time of year I always wish I had more money (as most people do, I suspect) so I could get everybody a really fantastic surprise.
Had 2 stories rejected, but both were with personalized letters from the editor requesting that I send something else in for a later anthology, so it's not as bad as it could be. Finished an Amish plot but haven't heard back from the publisher about it yet since she is on vacation at the moment. I need to finish a few more stories & ship them out before the end of the month, too. Tonight is my writing group critique session so I also need to do some reading today & critique the stories from everyone else.
