(no subject)
Made the 50K limit in time for NaNoWriMo, not that I'll do anything with that except post the badges from the website. Had a little trouble finishing this year because the new WoW expansion dropped on the 26th ... and there are dragon characters you can play now, plus a whole new area to explore.
My "Women & the Sea" story didn't make it into the anthology, but maybe I can find another place for it somewhere. Still no news on the others so maybe that's a good thing. I need to get started on some more Amish plots though, if I can think of something I haven't done a dozen times already
Our local critique group is having their Xmas party this Saturday after I get off work, so I'll need to stop by the grocery store & get ingredients to make crock pot hot chocolate, plus some mini-marshmallows & tiny candy canes people can add to their mugs if desired. Then, the local Sisters in Crime Xmas party is the following weekend, which is my birthday, so in addition to lunch with SinC, I'll probably have dinner with the gang. That should be it for Xmas parties ... the gang will celebrate after New Year's ... or maybe on the day if we're all off work.
Now, I'm off to update my blogs for the week & get started on my short story for my Patreon followers.
