I am loving Zoom meetings.
Just had a nice chat about Dialogue with the statewide writer's association. Saw some familiar faces from the Upstate chapter and some new ones too. They're doing a "Summer Sessions" on Tuesdays at 12:30 until the end of August. And I got an invite to attend another Zoom meeting tonight with a different chapter of the same group.
I'm on Chapter 39 and thinking I'm about ready to wrap everything up. I've had to ditch the 90K limit, though. There's no way to get it all sorted up by then. I'm shooting for 100K now -- I checked, and that's middle-of-the-road for science fiction, so I should be OK.
We figured out a work-around for the roomie's car but he thinks the main battery may need replacing soon, so ...
And I have been watching way too many U2 concerts on YouTube ... how many feckin' guitars does Edge have onstage anyhow ...?
