Fisting's my favorite, although I don't get to do it that often. I like to say it's like drinking a 10 year old bottle of wine- it's great while you're doing it but it's not always practical. It takes me awhile to get worked up to it, and I've only done it with other girls (well, and sometimes myself). They seem to have the patience and the right "feel".
