I'm glad you're not going to change your writing. Your work is very powerful and you are able to evoke strong emotion--that's not something just anyone can do. For example, you are able to put the reader so well into John's head in "Collared" that you literally feel what he feels. I literally felt his pain. That's your talent. Obviously, feeling trapped and helpless are really negative emotions and it's actually a tribute to your talents that these folks are feeling these things so strongly. :-)

I suspect that the people who are objecting might have personal issues with experiencing these feelings and are blaming you for making them feel this way. I once had an exhibit of my non-fannish art and someone interpreted the paintings in a way that reflected their history of child abuse. They were wrong because the art wasn't about that, but something in the art reached them and made them experience these negative emotions.

Anyway, yes, more Chameleon art coming at some point. :-) I've seen two episodes of the second season and they were wonderful. :-) And I'm so looking forward to doing more John/Sherlock art for you as soon as I can.

Take care, Hon. Thank you for sharing your work. And happy writing. :-)
