And my greatest fic is...
If anyone were to ask me, I would have probably said my most popular fic was Pawns. But I just realized it isn't so.
Apparently it's Tetris Porn.
I wrote that fic over a year ago, on a total whim basically because some people in GodAwful Fan fiction were griping about how certain fandoms can never, ever be ficced. I wrote it up in about 20 minutes but by the time I got back to the message boards the topic had already moved on a bit, and it seemed a bit narcissistic to bring it back up just to pimp my own fic. (Ironically a few days later the topic swung back to impossible fandoms again and someone ELSE brought my fic up).
Ever since then, from time to time, out of the blue it comes up -- like randomly during a panel at Y-con.
Anyways. Why bring it up now? Well because someone pointed out this little bit on Family Guy:
I don't know if someone on their staff ever read my fic, but man, the similarities are a bit eerie. Anyway, if my little half-assed fic has had THAT much impact, consider my jaw dropped.
