[Waver had just come from the Post Office, minus a few body parts.]
[The visible losses were obvious, considering the bloody stump that was his left arm and the sunken socket of his right eye. He was clutching the empty arm of his shirt against the wound; it didn't do much to staunch the blood flow, and both his side and the sidewalk were stained

Dear Lord what - oh of course another that went to the post office. Stopping short in her track, she quickly makes her way over, but aware that he might be too much in pain to notice her, do shout out while she attempts to place herself in his way.]
H-Hey! Please stop; you'll only lose more blood if you keep running like this!

G-get out of my way.

[Then he'll just witness a white blur close in - the color of her blouse, before his right eyelid is gently pressed down by her palm. Her other hand reaches out to steady his shoulder so that he doesn't fall. Before he can attempt to struggle though, a faint cooling sensation will start to spread from somewhere inside his skull, expanding slowly while it gradually eases away the pain of the missing eye.
Not that he can see, but while the blood on his face is still trickling through her fingers, the flow did begin to decrease, less and less until the bleeding's stopped completely. ...She can only frown as the seconds ticked by, however; she can take care of his slump of an arm next, but she can also tell by that point that there's additional internal damage somewhere in there too. Sheesh, how much did this kid lose, and how careless has he been?!]

[He jerked his head back when she put a hand over his eye; if she hadn't been holding onto his shoulder, he probably would've fallen.]
What are you--
[The relief that spread through his head was welcome, though he had plenty of other injuries to make up for it.]

She doesn't say any more, but before he can do much else, he'll find that he's suddenly laying down. ...On the lawn, sure, but this'll be less taxing than standing. She then proceeds to stop the bleeding from his arm.
The whole body is next. The setting isn't ideal, so she can't stop everything thoroughly, though that is also the reason why she's ready to carry him off to the Church to finish the job.]
...That's all I can do for now. Are you conscious?
[If he has the strength to open his eyes and look up, he'll see her looking down with serious concern.]

[Waver wouldn't have had the energy to argue with her even if he had wanted to; it was obvious that she was helping him and he wasn't in any position to refuse her aid.]
[It took him a moment or two to open his eyes again when she spoke to him.] Y-yeah. I'm awake.

So she's going to try her Mystic Eyes to get him to close his eyes and fall unconscious. It'll be easier to carry him like that, and while he might have the magical potential to resist, it's also true that the loss of blood could have made him too weak to do so. ...Either way, will he fall into a dreamless slumber because of her Suggestion?]

Where will you...
[He trailed off mid-sentence as the Mystic Eyes took effect; his eyes closed and he fell into unconsciousness.]

Fade to blacks are also always a convenient plot device. SOME TIME LATER...
Waver will eventually wake up on a bed. He'll find himself topless but clean, and the stub of his arm, as well as his right eye, have been bandaged. Any sudden movement will cause a numb sense of pain, but the bleeding, internal or external, seems to have stopped.
The ceiling is white, and everything is quiet - that is, until he may register the sound of liquid being poured in the background. If he forces himself to look around, he'll see a nightstand and a dresser, and while there is indeed someone else in the room too, he may or may not be able to catch the back of someone in dark blue before dizziness forces him to lay back down.]

[He also brought one hand up to carefully probe the bandage over his eye; until he felt the hollowness of the socket, he didn't quite believe that it was gone. It was the same with his arm-- until he felt and saw its absence for himself, he couldn't believe that he had lost an entire limb.]
[Even though he was no longer in incredible pain, he was shocked at the damage.]

[He didn't wildly panic upon waking up. Sure, it's probably partially because he doesn't have the energy to do so, but that also does tell her that he's still capable of exerting minimal control over himself.
There are footsteps, a soft "thud" of something being put down on a solid surface - the nightstand, probably, before a woman with short blue hair dressed in habit comes into view. She's staring down with concern, but also frowning lightly with mild disapproval.]
Please don't make any sudden movements; you've lost a lot of blood. ...How are you feeling?

I'm light-headed and a little dizzy, but... I think I'm okay. [Major amputations aside, of course.] Who are you?

My name is Ciel. I found you on the streets before you lost consciousness. You're in the Church right now, and all your wounds have been closed.
[Going to let things sink in little by little... Something tells her that he's not quite ready for infodumps just yet - much less be chastised for his terrible decision of going to the post office.]

[Not that she would be wrong about scolding him for doing something as stupid as go to the Post Office, but he would certainly rather postpone any lectures for when he had more blood in him.]
