Holy shit, my nose is stuffed up. No matter how much I sneeze or blow my nose my nasal cavity still seems like it's packed with enough snot to fill a punch bowl.
This morning I registered for next quarter; I'm taking Spanish 102 (finally starting on my college language requirements; speech counted for language at Whitman, but not at the good ol' U of WA) and an Anth 321, an introduction to the anthropological study of religion. This one should be fun; I've always been interested in this area of study, and most of the religion classes I've taken (outside my Catholic HS, of course) have been of a non-pedagogical bent. Whee. I'm thinking of taking a 300 or 400 level composition course through distance learning, as I need to fulfill that requirement--despite the fact that I took a bunch of writing classes at Whitman; none of them fit into the UW's comp category.
Had a psych appointment after that. More med-adjustments. Oh, joy. Picked up a sweet Pelle Pelle coat, and finally arrived home around 4, ready to settle in and enjoy my day off, and had just started to unwind when my dad announced that I had to drive down to where my sister was stalled on the side of the freeway and lend her my car. This I did, albeit grumpily, and then waited around by her car for the tow-truck, since she had to get to class right away. God forbid she miss a class. Needless to say, waiting around on the side of the freeway in the freezing-ass cold whilst smoking cigarettes didn't help my nasal condition much.
Also, my dad informed me today that my sister had borrowed a bunch of my dvds last night, while I was out. I have no idea which ones, and they don't have a list. She's notorious for borrowing shit and then losing it, so I'm a little annoyed. Add this to the ever-growing list of my stuff she's "borrowed" since she moved out: My tv, my space heater, my dishes... oh yeah, my car.
Goddammit. Well, now I'm *really* looking forward to tomorrow night, when I'll have some time off to relax, finally, maybe hit up the Deep Down. I needs my relaxation. I needs my chill, yo.
