Earthquakes are random.
And fun.
But random.
And slightly scary :/
now with that out of the way, I will get back to my math homework.
(It wasn't a big giant earthquake; just a little shake. It was noticeable, but nothing serious happened. Maybe it was an aftershock.)
And to update more on the situatuion, it was a 5.0 magnitude from the Los Angeles area. Wow.
Gotta say, my reflexes are slow. I dare to think what'll happen when/if a larger one hits. When the bed shook, I looked around, thinking the cat jumped onto my bed. Of course, I was thinking how he got into my room in the first place, considering how the doors were closed. Then I went out into the hallway and asked everyone else if they felt it too, just to be sure it wasn't just me and I was going crazy.
So I didn't run for the door and stood under it. Like they always taught us to do during earthquake drills. Oh well.
