About me:
My name is Diesel (but i can be renamed because i don't like that name) I am roughly 8 months old (as of January '05) I am an extremely FRIENDLY pit bull mix, dark chocolate in color I am great with other dogs! my neighbors are two austrailian cattle dog puppies and we get a long really, really great. the house i live in also has an older dog that doesn't like me, but i like her. I love to hang out with my neighbor dog friends, Frankie and Z, plus their owners Super J and B_Visual. I also like to chew on beef bones and anything flavored and chewey. I only like dog toys, and not human clothing. Generally, my personality is super mellow. I will be playful if played with, but if you are looking for a companion that justs wants to be your bud, i'm your dog.
Who I'd like to meet:
a really nice family, single person, whoever, that wants to take me places and be my human companion. i would not do well being left alone all day because i've become a needy, depressed dog who needs love and affection. this family can have other dogs, cats, you name it, because i am great with other animals! i would also benefit from a crate training system, so i'm not tempted to have a possible accident in a new home. i'm also a quiet dog, and rarely bark. I was found in a construction site by a couple of people when i was around 4 months old. now living in mar vista (culver city, los angeles area), my real owner said he would take me temporarily until he could find me a good home, however after falling in love with me (because lets face it, i'm a wicked cool dog) he decided to keep me. the bummer is the fence in their yard is real low and i get out all the time, partly because i'm left alone all day and have no one to play with me, and also my dog friends who live next door always let me in to give me treats and hang out. the OTHER bummer is that Frankie, my neighbor doggy friend, is an unfixed female, and since i'm an unfixed male, sometimes i get too excitable around her.
