Updates are fun!
I would like to give an update on my SWITCH order. Thanks to difficulties in trying to file for a claim, SWITCH is being very nice and offering to send me a free pair of hands. I'm grateful, as I had told them to cancel the replacement part, since I refuse to pay for it.
Does anyone have any experience in filing for claim? I was told continuously that the sender would have to start the claim, but SWITCH has mentioned otherwise. They mentioned that someone else needed a replacement part, and they had no problems. I'm not sure what is going on.
I've yet to write a thank you to SWITCH, since I feel bad about this whole situation, but I really appreciate their gesture. Even if they did not offer to send me a free pair, I would still recommend this company, as they have beautiful dolls, and are attentive to their customers.
