dare I say the best chili ever?
Vegetarian Black Bean Chili with Orange & Cumin (with chocolate too!)
We made this tonight for dinner and it is absolutely amazing. We also put in Morningstar meal starter crumbles for a little "meat". Our camera battery is dead or else i'd have a picture to go along with this post. its a very pretty chili and could possibly be the best chili I've ever had. I don't actually taste the chocolate in it but its supposed to compliment the orange flavor which you can smell and taste.
If someone tries this and adds the mustard i'd love to know if it was good. My husband hates mustard so we left it out.
